These terms govern the sale of cigars and related products from Dewata Cigars (https://dewatacigars.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Dewata Cigars is a Bali-based premium cigar retailer operating online and via WhatsApp. We are a lean family business; orders are handled directly by a co-owner. We have no physical store.

Eligibility

Our products are restricted to adults aged 21 and over, in line with Indonesian regulations governing tobacco sales (Government Regulation No. 28 of 2024, which raised the minimum legal age for tobacco purchase from 18 to 21). By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe the buyer is under 21.

How to order

All orders are placed via WhatsApp at +62 819 0835 1242 (text only, no calls). We do not operate a self-service checkout. Each order is handled manually by a co-owner.

Payment

We accept two official payment methods:

Indonesian bank transfer (preferred)

BCA Account Number: 7705381151. The account holder name is shared only after order confirmation. This is the only Indonesian bank account we use; we will never ask you to transfer to any other account.

Wise (international and non-IDR payments)

Bank transfer in any currency Wise supports, or card payment (2 to 7% fee applies, charged by Wise). Exchange rates follow Wise real-time rates. Wise account details are provided only by our admin upon request.

Pricing and stock

Stock and prices are updated monthly but may change at any time. Always confirm with our admin via WhatsApp before sending payment to ensure availability and current pricing.

Authenticity

All products are sourced from verified global suppliers and delivered in original factory packaging. We do not sell loose, repackaged, counterfeit, or grey-market cigars. Many products include official authenticity seals or NFC verification from the brand.

Promotions and discounts

We run regular promotions, including percentage discounts on large orders, seasonal or holiday deals, and limited-time offers. Only one promotion can be applied per order; promotions cannot be stacked or combined. Promotions are announced on our website, social channels, and occasionally through WhatsApp broadcast messages.

Singles policy

We do not sell single cigars. Full sealed boxes only, as they come from the supplier.

Communication channels

We use only one WhatsApp number, one official bank account, and one official email (hello@dewatacigars.com). If anyone contacts you outside these channels claiming to represent Dewata Cigars, please ignore and report it to us.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from a sale will be resolved in Indonesian jurisdiction.
