Bali delivery

Free delivery within Bali, completed within 5 business days of payment confirmation. If we fail to meet this window, you receive 10% off your next order.

Outside Bali (Indonesia only)

Shipping to other Indonesian provinces is available case-by-case. Additional fees may apply depending on destination and order size. Please confirm with our admin via WhatsApp before placing the order.

No international shipping

We ship within Indonesia only. We do not offer international delivery, and we cannot accept orders for shipment outside Indonesia.

How orders are processed

We receive daily bulk shipments from our off-island warehouse. All orders are then sorted per customer and checked for box integrity. Tracking numbers are issued after sorting is completed.

This sorting step ensures proper handling, no mix-ups, undamaged packaging, and accurate shipping labels.

Lead time

Please plan for a minimum of 5 business days from payment confirmation to delivery. We do not hold stock for same-day pickup or instant delivery; orders are curated, sourced, and authenticity-checked before shipping. For villa, hotel, or concierge bookings, factor this lead time into your planning.
